Founded in 1985 as “Kingston Scissors and Sun,” we are now widely recognized as Kingston’s premier hair salon. Our business is devoted to offering you the best hair cutting, hair styling, texture services and hair coloring available today.
For truly predictable outcomes and client satisfaction, the importance of being intimately familiar with a stable product line cannot be overstated. There are currently only two Redken Certified Colorists on the Kitsap Peninsula, and both of them are on-site at Harbor Hair Design. Our hair product lines include Redken, Pureology, Joico, Rusk and Scruples. Many of these products are available for your personal use at prices that are maintained to be fully competitive with the discount chain stores. All Redken products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Just return the unused portion and we will try to find a product more suitable for your hair or gladly refund the full purchase price
We are located in Bradley Center, across the street from Kingston Lumber, approximately one block west of downtown Kingston on the south side of Highway 104.
