Cancellation Policy

"Please note our Cancellation and our Color Consultation policy:

 

If you are a first-time color client, we will ask you to have a complimentary consultation before we book your appointment. This is to ensure that any issues such as previous color, porosity, color change/corrective color, pricing and after care are addressed before we start. This can either be over the phone, email, text or in person. This will ensure that we are all on the same page before we start your service.

 

Our cancellation policy is as follows: Please allow 24-hour notice if possible so that a no-show charge is not added to your next service. We know that sometimes things come up that are beyond our control, but as a busy salon it unfair to those who may be on a waiting list.
