Color
Hair color is an Art and a Science. The Art is in choosing the perfect shade to compliment your natural coloring while the Science involves a thorough knowledge of the chemicals and how they interact to affect each client's specific hair type. Whether it's just about covering gray, or choosing a whole new look, the staff at Harbor Hair Design knows how to help you decide what is right for you.
We use Redken Color and Lighteners as our main color line for the best, most predictable results. Our entire staff is highly trained in this line. We have Kitsap County's only 2 Redken Certified Haircolorists on-site.

Texture
Perms and straightening services are great way to add or remove texture from hair. Is your hair too straight? We can add body or even some curl. Is your hair too curly or unruly? We can restructure it! Perm technology has come a long way, and unlike the perms of the past, today’s perms have the ability to deliver sensuous fashion-forward texture without sacrificing the health of your hair. We can now also provide long- lasting, risk-free, color-safe straightening and smoothing.
